Thank you to Olly Nutrition for sponsoring today’s post. As usual, all opinions are my own and a big thank you for supporting A Party of Four! #OllyNutrition
1) More water. Isn’t this the answer to everything? When it comes to the way I feel, I can definitely tell if I haven’t had enough fluids during the day. I’m more prone to shakiness and nervousness, I’m tired and I’m a grouch. So staying hydrated is important. Duh.
2) Better Sleep. It’s not that I necessarily needed more sleep, I needed quality sleep. I take melatonin a lot of the time to get myself to sleep. This is because if I don’t, my brain doesn’t stop thinking about the next day’s to-do list. The problem is, you guessed it! I can’t fall asleep without it. This is a work in progress.
3) Vitamins. I’m so bad about this. I’m kind of jaded because when I was pregnant with Addie, my prenatal vitamins made me so sick. They were really hard on my stomach. So I kind of avoided vitamins for a really long time because of that. Thankfully, I’ve not had that with the Olly Vitamins. Two of them are gummies (and they taste so good!) and then one is a soft gel. I take them all together in the morning with no issues. I purchased the Totally calm, Undeniable Beauty and Vitamin D3 at Target.
Now, obviously there’s no magical cure for the way I’ve been feeling. It takes a few changes and consistent bad habit override. That being said, I am sold on these vitamins. Not only do they taste good, they don’t make me sick and I have had really great luck with the way my skin looks, and the way I feel. I no longer look so tired all of the time and I feel a less like a ball of stress waiting to explode.
If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the Totally Calm. I like that it doesn’t knock me out, it seems like over time, I have become more at peace. I am a fairly neurotic individual and while my to-do list is still never ending, I am tackling things with a more peaceful mindset.
