What you’ll need: (Makes 12 eggs)
- Hard boiled eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonaise
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet relish + a little of the juice
- Pinch of Sugar
- Dash Salt and Pepper
- Mustard (start with a teaspoon and taste)
So, to make the deviled egg mixture, you first want cut your eggs in half and empty the yolks into a bowl. Next, add the mayo and stir well with a fork. Add each ingredient one at a time and I advise you to taste it often to make sure it tastes the way you’d like it to. I don’t care for deviled eggs that taste sour or too bitter, so my recipe makes for a sweeter egg.
Once you’ve stirred in each ingredient, you can spoon your mixture directly into the white or you can pipe it in. I like to just put all of it into a little ziploc and cut a hole in the corner. It just makes the eggs look nicer, in my opinion. Add a little Paprika to the top if you’d like and VIOLA!
These are the best deviled eggs. Ever.
Tell me below, what are you taking to Easter dinner this year?
