Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. We just spent a lot of time together which was nice. Addie and I completed a 100 piece puzzle only to find that we were missing the very last piece. After she went to bed and I cleaned up, I found I had been sitting on the missing piece the whole time so she got a kick out of that.
Football also happened, duh, and my fantasy team is on a 5 week winning streak…I have to wait until tonight to see if that will continue which is making me soooo anxious! I feel a little bad about how much I want to win seeing as how Jake really sort of needs to beat me in order to have a chance at the playoffs.
Addie and I also made some little centerpieces for my MIL’s Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday. I thought I’d share that with you all today. As usual, it’s easy set up, clean up and Addie had a lot of fun. I love Turkey Day crafts, they always turn out so cute. I had been seeing all sorts of Thanksgiving crafts over the last month and I also happened to have a stock pile of empty baby food jars so we put them to good use!
What you’ll need:
- Baby food jars
- Hot glue gun
- Paper (we used plain white and colored it, but I’ve seen this done with construction paper all over the place)
- Paint (We just used crayola because…kids craft.)
